Meet the Founding Team

Nick Cook BSc, MRICS, MBIFM, Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor
Managing Partner and Head of Business Consultancy

Business focus

Nick is an experienced businessman and an advisor to a number of Client boards. His primary role is to assist Clients in optimising their workplace and infrastructure services. The cornerstones are strategy, planning, risk management and financial control.

Prior to founding Haywards in 1992, Nick trained in London’s West End with three of the top international real estate firms where he achieved partner and director status. His career has been highlighted by many achievements and recognition as a top level advisor. He has also gained the IoD's coveted Diploma in Company Direction.

The character

Although a weekday tennis player, Nick’s true enthusiasm lies in vintage car racing. He loves to share the thrill of the vintage track whether as a spectator or hurtling around in “Herbie” whose new found break neck speed is entirely due to the supporting team. (The driver’s pretty average really.)
