NAI Haywards is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Edinburgh

The decision to establish a base in Edinburgh serving Scotland and the North of England is in response to NAI Haywards’ business plan. This plan is committed to increasing its regional presence where it can provide skills, experience and solutions in accordance with the innovative NAI Haywards "Think > Plan >Do" ethos.

Paul McInnes has recently joined NAI Haywards and will be spearheading the new Edinburgh Office which will be located in Melville Street, the traditional heart of Edinburgh’s west end. His experience is extensive with over 15 years in both the private and public sectors, most recently having been a Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he focused on client cost reduction and property valuation.

His experience is truly national having represented clients across the whole of the UK. Paul’s most recent focus has been provision of Business Rates advice to clients ranging from large corporates to private individuals. In addition Paul has provided extensive valuation advice to UK Banks, Investment funds and the Irish National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) on property acquisitions and distressed assets.
