Head
of Building Consultancy
Reporting to our Executive Partner your priority will be to develop
and grow our current business streams. You will be managing and
developing existing clients whilst also seeking out new business opportunities.
Package: Salary and
bonus dependent on experience. London or Buckinghamshire based
Corporate Real Estate Assistant
We also wish to appoint a dynamic, top level communicator with strong
team working skills. You should have a first class attitude to client
care, high attention to detail and be totally confident with facts and
figures (Excel).
Experience in L&T work or property management (ideally a combination
of both) and rating is essential. A track record of working with occupiers
is required.
