Corporate Real Estate Executive
Our expanding
team is looking for an Associate or Senior Surveyor with a strong agency
background - you should be looking to develop skills in terms of advising
clients on optimising their real estate portfolio. Part of your
job function will be working on transaction management and ensuring
projects are driven to a successful conclusion.
Salary range:
£55,000 - £70,000
Senior Building Surveyor
We seek a Senior Building Surveyor
to further develop our existing business. You should possess
excellent management skills, be great at client liaison, and importantly,
of course, be capable of winning new business.
Salary range:
£60,000 - £80,000
Project Manager (now appointed)
Property and Facilities Manager
(now appointed)
Building Surveyor (now appointed)
You will therefore be:
- Professionally qualified (RICS, BIFM, RIBA,
MBA)
- A person who enjoys work and likes to deal
with clients
- Able to provide practical solutions to clients'
business needs
- A team player with integrity and enthusiasm
- Excellent presentational and organisational
skills
- Highly commercial and numerate with good
business acumen
- Candidates for partner positions must have
a proven record in winning new clients.
