Nick Cook BSc, MRICS, MBIFM, Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor
Managing Partner and Head of Business Consultancy
Nick is an experienced businessman and an advisor to a number of Client boards. His primary role is to assist Clients in optimising their workplace and infrastructure services. The cornerstones are strategy, planning, risk management and financial control.

Although a weekday tennis player, Nick’s true enthusiasm lies in vintage car racing. He loves to share the thrill of the vintage track whether as a spectator or hurtling around in “Herbie” whose new found break neck speed is entirely due to the supporting team. (The driver’s pretty average really.)

Partner - Real Estate
Iain is the Partner in charge of Real Estate, which provides advice to a wide range of companies across a variety of sectors including finance, technology, media, telecommunications and industrial/logistics sectors. This can be for a single property all the way up to a portfolio. Whilst property lies at the heart of many of the projects, Iain's advice brings the issues back to what they mean for the company and its profitability or share value.
Working closely in conjunction, with Nick, Paul and Tony, long term profitability has been created for Iain's clients where a multi-disciplinary approach has been adopted....this goes beyond just looking for the next transaction.and has lead many of Real Estate's clients coming back for advice year after year.
Iain is still busing budding sports stars around, so will follow just about any sport at any level. In his time off, he plays badminton, cycles and keeps his back in line with yoga.
